Barbados- Blackberry & Grapefruit

Our Barbados jam is inspired by the tropical beaches of the Caribbean island.

A citrus hybrid between an orange and a pomelo, the grapefruit may sometimes be thought of as bitter. But our careful pairing of blackberries and rosemary balances the flavors into something as refreshing as the surf coming in.

Hanoi- Plum & Star Anise

Star anise is indigenous to the northern region of Vietnam. A large percentage of it is grown by ethnic minority communities in the hills of the Lang Son province.

Taking its name from the region, our Hanoi jam encases silky plums simmered in the delicate scent of star anise to transport you to the dreamy mountains of Vietnam.

Calabria- Lemon & Earl Grey

Native to the Reggio di Calabria region of southern Italy, Bergamot is prized for its delightfully floral fragrance that perfumes the black tea we know as Earl Grey.

Inspired by the orchards of Calabria, our lemon marmalade is slowly simmered in bergamot-infused tea for a balanced and luxuriously delicate spread.

Penang- Grapefruit & Hibiscus

Native to Hawaii, the hibiscus is the national flower of the Malaysian island of Penang. Called the ‘Bunga Raya’ - it honors Malaysia’s rich cultural diversity and heritage.

The hibiscus lends perfect balance with a smattering of crushed black pepper in this grapefruit jam- a threefold surprise for the palate in delectable notes.
